Terms of Sale

You pay once for lifetime access to the agent ecosystem course. If it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked, even if you've started.

The course is sold by CompletePicture Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17097442, whose registered office is 6 Thesiger Road, Abingdon, OX14 2DY. It is written and run by Oli Woodman. For anything about your purchase, email oli@oliwoodman.com.

• Every stage of the course at oliwoodman.com/agent-ecosystem, written up step by step with the prompts to paste in.
• The videos as they are filmed, each one added to the stage it belongs to.
• One thirty-minute video call with Oli, booked from the course's front page once you have finished stage seven.

Lifetime access means you can use the course for as long as it is available on oliwoodman.com, signed in with the email address you bought it with. It is for you alone, so please don't share your sign-in.

The price is shown before you pay and includes any VAT that applies. You pay once, in pounds, through our payment provider Stripe, and nothing renews. The early-bird price applies while the videos are being filmed, and when the price goes up it changes nothing for anyone who has already bought.

If the course isn't for you, email oli@oliwoodman.com or reply to your receipt within 14 days of buying, and we will refund you in full within 14 days of hearing from you, no questions asked, even if you have already started the course. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and the paid stages close when it is made.

This sits alongside your rights under consumer law, which it does not replace.

We keep the course up to date as the tools it teaches change, so stages can be rewritten, reordered or added to over time.

The course shows you how to set up tools on your own computer and connect them to your own accounts. You decide what they can reach and what they do, and you are responsible for how you use them.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
