Four weeks, live, a group of six to ten

Four weeks from now, you have half your week back.

Your own agent ecosystem, built by you, that knows how you work, how you write, and can reach into all the tools you use.

    • Replies drafted
    • Meetings briefed
    • Posts drafted
    • The numbers, nightly
    • CRM kept
    • Quiet clients flagged
    • Invoices drafted
    • Notes filed

£995, six to ten places, October. I email you the dates, and you decide then. Or book a call first.

Who you are at the end

What does your week look like four weeks from now?

You did not start the business, or take the job, for the admin. Four weeks from now it is being done for you, your way, before you sit down, and the hours it took are yours again for the work you started this for.

Your week now

10%The work that really matters
30%Meetings
60%Admin

Your week in four weeks

60%The work that really matters
30%Meetings
10%Admin

A picture, not a survey. The meetings do not move. The admin is what the course takes off you, and the work that really matters is what gets the room.

Who it is for

  • You are very good at your job

and you live in a chat window.

  • You already use AI a lot

and you know you are getting a fraction of what is there.

  • You are done repeating yourself

to a tool that misses things. You want one system that knows you.

* Not for developers, and not for a first go at AI. You build it yourself, on your machine, with me beside you, because that is the only version still working in six months.

How it works

You take on a member of staff, one part at a time.

Four things, the same four you would give a new person, each added on your machine with your real work.

    Part 1 of 4

    It knows who you are

You tell it once, by interview, who you are, who you work for and how you like things done. It reads that at the start of every chat.

    Part 2 of 4

    It has its own logins

Your calendar, your inbox, your files. It goes and looks instead of asking you to paste things in.

    Part 3 of 4

It knows how you do each job

The inbox catch-up, the call prep, the weekly numbers, each written down once so it comes out your way every time.

    Part 4 of 4

It works while you do not

A time attached. It runs the job every morning, leaves you the drafts, and tells you what it did.

    And then, the ecosystem

Then you do it again, for every part of your life and work

One folder each, the same agent in every one, and a map at the top you sit down at that sends the work to where it is done. That is the ecosystem, and it is what I run my company, my brand and my life from.

Once it is built

You are the person with a team behind them.

  • Every meeting

briefed before you walk in, and every client who goes quiet, noticed.

  • Every morning

starts finished, the inbox read and the replies drafted before you sit down.

  • One change, everywhere

a price, a name, a date, changed once and carried into every document, runbook and timer it lives in.

  • Everything in one place

every call, every client, every decision, remembered the way a good colleague remembers, so you do not have to.

The first group

£995. Six to ten people. Four live calls in October.

Ask for a place and I email you the dates, and you decide then.

A question

Is everything you know in chats, or in files you own?

And what do you do when Claude is down, or the credits run out at two in the afternoon?

In chats

Tuesday's chat, the one that knew the client
The chat with the good prompt in it
The chat where it wrote the proposal
Forty more, somewhere in the sidebar

Locked inside one tool. When it is down, or the plan runs out, so is all of it.

In files you own

your-folder/

  • CLAUDE.md
  • crm.md
  • clients/
  • inbox/
  • .claude/skills/
  • Claude Code reads them today.
  • Another model could read them tomorrow.
  • You, in Notepad, could read them in ten years.

Plain text, on your machine, yours. The files stay; the tools can change.

The four weeks

Four live calls, and the agent fills up as you go.

One call a week, an hour with room to run over, a small group, and you build during the call rather than watching me build. Every stage is written up on these pages, with suggested prompts you can use to help you on your way, and the pages stay yours.

  1. Session one

    • 1Claude Code
    • 2The mental model
    • 3The brief

Comfortable in Claude Code, with a brief that knows who you are.

  2. Session two

    • 4The connectors
    • 5The runbooks
    • 6Working hours

It reaches your inbox and calendar, does the inbox catch-up your way, and runs it every morning without you.

  3. Session three

    • 7The ecosystem

One folder per part of your life and work, the same agent in each, and a map you sit down at.

  4. You, with a team behind you

    Session four

    The review

The chance to talk through what you have set up and what you have learned, the questions that are left, and the loop from here, so you leave knowing how to keep growing it.

The commitment

If it was not worth your time, you do not pay for it.

Do the four weeks. If at the end you do not think it was worth what you paid, tell me and I refund all of it, no questions asked.

  • £995

for the four weeks, and once this group is full it will not be this price again.

  • Six to ten

people, small enough that everyone builds and nobody watches.

  • October

four live calls, one a week, an hour each with room to run over.

Ask for a place and I email you the dates, and you decide then. Or book a call.

What people asked me on the calls

  • Do I need Claude Pro?

A Claude subscription, yes, and Pro is enough; Claude Code comes with it. That and a computer you are allowed to install things on is all you need.

  • Is this coding?

No. Claude Code is the same tool a developer uses, pointed at your inbox and your week instead of at software. You type in English.

  • What tools do I need?

Claude, and the things you already use, your inbox, your calendar, your files. The course connects them; it does not add to them.

  • Can it build me a dashboard off the back of it?

Yes. Once it gathers your numbers every night, a page that shows them is one more job. Mine lands as a calendar event each morning, because that is what I wanted.

  • Where does my information go?

One slice at a time to where the model runs, and back. Stage four makes you sit with that, and what to ask IT about work information, before anything is connected.

  • How much of my time?

Four calls of an hour, one a week, with room to run over when the group is mid-build, on your own machine with your own work, and whatever you choose to put in between them.

  • Will I still need my other AI subscriptions?

Mostly not. Summarising, drafting, notes and reminders end up in the one folder that knows you, and most people cancel two or three in the first month.
