Premium Subscription Information
Somewhere in the Middle offers an optional premium subscription with enhanced features:
- Monthly subscription costs £1.99 (billed every 30 days)
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
When you purchase a premium subscription:
- Apple handles all payment processing and billing information
- We receive only your subscription status, not your payment details
- Your subscription data is used solely to provide premium features

Subscription Terms
Our premium subscription provides enhanced venue information and features:
- 14-day free trial, then £1.99 per month
- The subscription begins with a 14-day free trial period
- No charge during the trial period
- Automatic renewal begins after the trial unless cancelled
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancelation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Premium subscription provides enhanced venue details including photos, descriptions, ratings, and more
- All premium features are provided immediately upon successful subscription activation
Use of the App
- You must not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app
- You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app
- The app remains our property, and is licensed, not sold, to you
- You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of finding meeting points
Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate meeting point suggestions, we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be optimal in all circumstances. Travel times and conditions may vary, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our app.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms.
